While it is not shown, commercials and ads can be seen throughout Liberty City. The premise is one man fighting "every person of color" before they carry out terrorist attacks by staying up for 72 hours. It is aired on the Weazel network.
Higgins Helitours informs the player that a 2008 episode of 72 featured terrorists targeting the Broker Bridge. According to Lazlow on Integrity 2.0, there was another episode where the president got shot.

- The show is a parody of the hit Fox show 24. The logo features the number "72" in a flip clock format as opposed to 24's digital clock logo.
