Andrei was a character in the GTA IV era. He was a small Russian mobster, yet working for Dimitri Rascalov and Mikhail Faustin around the Hove Beach and Firefly area. Andrei had been asked by Dimitri to find Niko Bellic, and his cousin Roman Bellic. Roman was becoming a paranoid wreck after Niko murdered Vlad Glebov, an important Hove Beach gangster belonging to the Faustin Family. Andrei finds Niko and Roman around the corner from the Perestroika cabaret club and takes them to Mikhail Faustin's basement where Andrei's patient is losing thin by Niko's unreliable information.
During a conversation between Niko and Mikhail, Andrei is standing close by. Mikhail, having a hot temper, turns and shoots Andrei in the head for bringing the Bellic cousins into his home, disturbing his wife and apparently looking at Mikhail like he's a piece of shit.
During the mission Do You Have Protection? Dimitri explains to Niko that Andrei was a good, loyal worker, and sympathizes his death.
