Arms Shortage

Ray Machowski's friend, Phil Cassidy, is facing an attack by the Colombian Cartel. Claude is to arrive at Staunton Island Military Base and aid Phil Cassidy in defending the area. The Cartel arrive from two entrances, and Claude is allowed to use the weapons around the Army Surplus, but he must get them quickly before the Cartel gangs arrive. The Cartel are slain by the two, and Claude can now go to Phil Cassidy's Army Surplus to purchase powerful weapons such as the M16, the Rocket Launcher, and Shotgun, now becoming very expensive for purchase. Claude can also jack the Barracks OL, and the Tank after beating the game.
