Arnold Steelone is a character referred to in Grand Theft Auto III, although he is never seen in the game, his poster for Top Down City displays a unique character model. He is an actor who has starred in an action film called the Top Down City, as well as the award winning mobster film, Mafia (movie). His name is an obvious reference to famous action movie actors Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone.
