Atlantic Quays is a predominantly industrial district in the southeastern side of Portland, Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Advance and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. It is south of Portland Harbor and Trenton and east of Callahan Point.
Description
Atlantic Quays is based on DUMBO, New York City. Atlantic Quays' design is relatively similar to Portland Harbor, serving as a seaport in a much smaller scale. The district is distinguished by its several wooden piers as well as a large concrete dock. The district is also the location of numerous small warehouses. In GTA Liberty City Stories, the concrete dock has a large docked ship, prominently being featured during The Portland Chainsaw Masquerade and the Slash TV side-mission. Located on the western edge of the district is Vincenzo Cilli's warehouse, which is the setting of a few missions early on in the game. In GTA III, the easternmost warehouse is the location of an illegal party during the mission Chaperone.
