Billy Blue is an eighteen year old singer and brother of Bobby Blue, together known as the Blue Brothers, who are driven by Luis Fernando Lopez from the MeTV studio to the Maisonette 9 club, whilst being chased by crazed female fans. He was voiced by Daniel Tay.
