Bilovski is a character in Grand Theft Auto 2 and is a gang member of the Russian Mafia in Anywhere City. Uno Carb of The Zaibatsu Corporation has Claude Speed collect various packages, which turn out to be a rocket launcher. Claude delivers the rocket launcher to Bilovski, who accidentally kills himself when he fires the weapon. It turned out that Carb jammed the weapon so that it would explode when Bilovski fired it.
