Blitzkrieg is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, given by Lance Vance to protagonist Victor Vance.
Mission
Before doing this mission you need to own at least five Empire Building sites. Once acquired Victor goes to Lance's apartment who's worrying about the Mendez Brothers discovering that he and Victor actually stole their big shipment. After a brief argument, Lance picks up his phone and is eventually informed that the Mendez Cartel are going to attack all the business sites owned by Vance Crime Family. Victor and Lance both go outside and successfully after defending one of the empire sites, the mission ends.
Script
(Lance and Victor at Lance's apartment.)
Lance: ...find a way to get outta this, man.
Victor: Lance... what the fuck is wrong now?
Lance: Nothing. Nothing at all. We're fine.
Victor: Really? 'Cause I tell you something, we don't look fine.
Lance: Well, let me tell YOU something, we are. Hm-hmmm.
Victor: Well, "we" look like a moron who just realized "we" just screwed up this entire family.
Lance: Well, speak for your damn self. It's just business, baby. I think I sorted out everything. I am cool, man. I am relaxed as hell. Yeah.
Victor: What are you talking about?
Lance: The Mendez brothers, they don't want us dead anymore.
Victor: No?
Lance: No. They might want to hurt us a bit, but kill us? Naw...
Victor: OK, so a pair of homicidal lunatics merely want to hurt me a bit, and I'm actually pleased about it. What have you gotten us into, you dumb shit?!
Lance: Bro, we're cool! No problem.
Victor: Oh... Lance...
(The phone rings and Lance picks up.)
Lance: Yeah. It's the Don. What? You're shitting me, right?
(Lance hangs up.)
Lance: Damn.
Victor: What?!
Lance: There might be a... little problem.
(Lance and Vic both outside Lance's garage.)
Lance: Stop yelling at me! It's not my fault!
Victor: Yes, it is! If you hadn't stolen the Mendez's coke, they wouldn't be attacking all of my businesses!
Lance: I'm sick and tired of you blaming me for everything! Now I'm gonna save 'your' empire. You do what you want.
(Victor drives over to Lance and starts killing the enemies.)
Lance: You're on my turf now! You're all mine! You're dead! My name is Lance! You haven't a chance! I'll break you in two! I know Kung-Fu! Chicken!
(Once all the goons are dead.)
Victor: We did it! We won!
Lance: Yeah... Well, I wouldn't go that far, bro.
Victor: What do you mean?
Lance: We might have won the day here, but we probably got our asses whipped elsewhere. Sorry, man.
Reward
The reward for completing this mission is $500 and missions from the Mendez brothers are unlocked.
