Bluesy St. John is a minor character appearing in Grand Theft Auto IV.
She is voiced by burlesque star, Melody Sweets.
History[]
Events of Grand Theft Auto IV[]
John's act can be seen in the Perestroika cabaret.
She is a southern blues singer who sings about being abused as a child, alien abductions, having a sex change, and primarily, her drug problems.
Unlike some of the other acts, she gets minimal heckling from the crowd, and some audience members seem to find her amusing and quite attractive. During her shows, she implies that she is drunk/drugged while on stage. Once she exits the stage, the MC voice may say "What a fool!" in Russian, but subtitles say "You are welcome".
Al is her personal piano player, but due to union demands, he no longer plays live and they instead play his accompaniment from pre-recorded CD.
