The Brit is a vehicle that appears in Grand Theft Auto Advance.
Description
Design
The name, a common truncation of British, is a reference to the original British-made Mini economy motorcar on which it appears to be based on. It is similar in size to the BF Injection. It is seen only in red, blue, and green, all with a white roof.
Performance
The car has an acceptable speed but is susceptible to damage. Brits regularly spawn in the Hepburn Heights and Chinatown areas of Portland Island and in the district of Wichita Gardens in Shoreside Vale
A Brit also appears in the first mission Jump Start, where Mike drives Vinnie to the Italian restaurant in Portland Beach after a short tutorial for the player.
Notable Owners
Trivia
- The Brit, along with the F-1, are the only vehicles that appeared exclusively in GTA Advance and never appeared in the rest of the 3D Universe. The Brit got an equivalent in the HD Universe as the Weeny Issi and the F-1 got the Formula R.
- Its name is a play on the word "Britain", which is a likely reference to Mini Coopers often used in Great Britain.
