Café Robina is a café owned and run by Alberto Robina, which opened in 1964. The café is located in Little Havana, Vice City and opens at 4am each day. This can be seen during the Papi Don't Screech mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It advertises the best red beans and rice in Little Havana. The café is used by Umberto Robina, son of Alberto, to plot attacks against the Haitian gang. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, the café can be robbed by the player.

Oddly, during missions for Umberto Robina, the shopkeeper is the owner Alberto Robina. When not on a mission, the shopkeeper is the standard shopkeeper you will find in any other store or restaurant. During some missions given to Tommy Vercetti by Umberto Robina there are two pedestrians at the cafe watching Umberto as he gives Tommy missions one resembles a juror in the mission Jury Fury and the other resembles the manager of the Front Page Bar during the mission Bar Brawl and the two are found as pedestrians all over Vice City.
