The Café Under the Tree is a small building in Little Haiti, Vice City. It is located under a tree, and is seen when coming off of the bridge from Leaf Links Golf Course on the western side. It is inaccessible, however. The cafe replaces Le Singe d'Arbre in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

The Café takes place in the mission Dirty Lickin's, where is a fight between Haitians and Cubans at the green area in the café's entrance.
