The Cartel Mansion, previously known as Love's Mansion, is a residence located in Cedar Grove, Shoreside Vale, Liberty City and is coincidentally the largest in Cedar Grove. The mansion has burgundy-colored siding with white window frames and black shutters. The mansion also features a pool and a garden around the back way. The front gates of the compound will only open if Claude is entering in a Cartel Cruiser.
Events of Grand Theft Auto III
In the events of Grand Theft Auto III, which was set in 2001, the mansion appears to be owned by the Colombian Cartel. The mansion becomes a focal point in the mission Ransom where Claude is ordered to bring $500 000.00 to Catalina in exchange for Maria Latore's life. It is unknown exactly after the events of Grand Theft Auto III, if the Cartel still owns the mansion.

According to the events of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, which was set in 1998, the mansion was formerly owned by Donald Love. After being blackmailed by the Colombian Cartel, Love was forced to escape Liberty City with the help of Toni Cipriani, who was protecting Love whilst he was trying to escape to Francis International Airport. The Cartel then decided to claim the mansion as their own, whilst in the absence of Donald Love.
