Cesar Vialpando is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, given to protagonist Carl Johnson by his brother Sweet from his home in the Ganton district of Los Santos, San Andreas.
Mission
CJ drops by Sweet's house only to find him and Kendl are arguing because Kendl is dating rival gang, Varrios Los Aztecas leader Cesar Vialpando and Sweet is angry about it. After a while, Kendl goes while Sweet furiously tells CJ to go and watch over Kendl in case anything dangerous happens. CJ goes to the Loco Low Co. garage and is given a Savanna by a worker who says he has owed Sweet from way back. CJ modifies the car and then goes to the meet where Kendl and Cesar are going to be, in Unity Station. Upon arriving, he competes against a Varrios Los Aztecas gang member and after getting more points on bouncing his lowrider's hydraulics, he wins the prize. Kendl happily celebrates and hugs CJ just as Cesar shows up and shakes hands. All of a sudden, a fight ensues and one of Cesar's friends tries to start a fight with CJ, however Cesar manages to stop it. Once things calm down, Cesar and CJ introduce themselves to each other and head to their own ways.
Reward
The reward for completing this mission is the amount of money chosen for the wager. The player can use the Loco Low Co. garage to mod a lowrider type car, the Lowrider Challenge opens up and Cesar's mission "High Stakes, Low Rider" also becomes available.
