Chink is a character in GTA 1 who runs a re-spray shop in Liberty City, similar to Pay 'n' Spray. Chink has two rivals in the city, Crazy Bob and Mel. Chink's name is possibly a reference to the derogatory term and ethnic slur used for people of Asian descent, "chink".
