The Civilization Committee (CC) is the HD Universe in-game equivalent of the United Nations.
Organization
Described as a "largely ineffective organization where representatives from nations around the world are supposed to decide on the best course of action in the event of an international conflict",[1] the CC's presence in the game is intended to satirize the various shortcomings of the United Nations in real life.
