Clifton Collins, Jr. (born June 16, 1970 in Los Angeles, California), also known as Clifton Gonzalez-Gonzalez, is an American actor, producer, writer, voice actor and director who provided the voice of Cesar Vialpando in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He has appeared in movies like 187, Witch Hunt and Star Trek, and has also appeared in television shows like Southland, Freddy's Nightmares, ER, The Shield, The Flash, NYPD Blue, Veronica Clare, Alias, The Blacklist, The New Adam-12, CSI: NY, Walker, Texas Ranger, Jake and the Fatman and Pound Puppies.
