Clifton Collins, Jr. (born June 16, 1970 in Los Angeles, California), also known as Clifton Gonzalez-Gonzalez, is an American actor who provided the voice of Cesar Vialpando in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He has also appeared in movies like 187 and Star Trek, and has appeared in television shows like Alias and The Shield.
