Clifton Powell
Clifton Powell (born March 16, 1956 in Washington, D.C.) is an American actor and comedian.
Within the Grand Theft Auto series, Powell voiced the character of Melvin Harris (Big Smoke) in 2004's Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - his only video game role to date.
