The car park where the Stallion for Cone Crazy spawns.
Cone Crazy is a side-mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and was also a mission that was cut during the development of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The mission is activated by entering a parked Stallion on top of a multistory car park behind the Ocean View Hotel, located in Ocean Beach, Vice City. The objective of the mission is to collect all five checkpoints without breaking any traffic cones. Collecting the first checkpoint will start the countdown timer.
