Obi-Ajula Ugbomah, also known as Coolie Ranx, is a British-American voice actor, musician, actor and singer, best known for his involvement in third wave ska bands. He provided the voice of the character "Little" Jacob Hughes who appears in Grand Theft Auto IV.
Coolie Ranx was born on March 9, 1965 in London, England. He was raised by his Jamaican mother and Nigerian father in New York City, United States. In 1990, he was a member of The Toasters, one of the first American bands in the third wave of ska. However, he left the band some time later. In 1997, he co-founded another band, Pilfers, but they disbanded in 2001, only to reunite in 2008.
His voice is very similair to the Hydrofoil's voice in Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3 and Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3: Uprising.
