Curly Bob was a bartender at Luigi's Sex Club 7, managed by Luigi Goterelli and Mickey Hamfists. When speaking, he is often seen sniffing between sentences.
Curly Bob is seen telling the Colombian Cartel gang about plans of the Leone Family in exchange for SPANK, a drug produced by the Cartel. Claude killed Curly Bob, on the orders of Salvatore Leone, for being a 'rat'. Curly Bob is killed in the Portland Harbor area of Portland Island, Liberty City after giving information to Catalina and Miguel.
