D-Ice is a character in Grand Theft Auto series who appears as an unseen, main character in Grand Theft Auto III. D-Ice is the leader of the Red Jacks, a sub-group of the Southside Hoods.
Biography
D-Ice has a younger brother. Not much is known about his background, though in the mission "Rumble" he mentions that he has a parole hearing in three months time, suggesting he is in prison, though the reason why is never mentioned.
