Declan Mulvey is a stuntman and stunt co-ordinator who in February 2011 added 'motion capture stunt performer' for Grand Theft Auto V to his resume, before claiming to have made a error and that he had worked on Grand Theft Auto IV. Mulvey, however, is not credited for any work in GTA IV or its episodes The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony.

He has also worked in motion capture for video games such as Max Payne 3, Red Dead Redemption, Manhunt 2 (all Rockstar Games titles) and Saints Row 2.
