The Dildo is an item in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto:Liberty City Stories,  Grand Theft Auto IV and Chinatown Wars.

Carl Johnson can give the dildo as a gift to his various girlfriends. The dildo can also be used as a weapon in GTA San Andreas, although the inflicted damage is limited. The Dildo is unusable in GTA IV and Chinatown Wars.

Dildo in GTA IV.

• The player may acquire a purple dildo in the second part of the mission Key to Her Heart when the player has killed Benny, Millie's gimp, who is holding one.
• JD O'Toole's gravestone has a dildo beside it after he is killed in the mission The Made Man in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
• A distinctive purple dildo can be found in many piles of rubble around Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. The most noticeable of these can be found in the safehouse in Alderney that is used during Party Mode in multiplayer.
• Flesh colored dildos can be found in the Hove Beach sex shop in GTA IV, although they only serve as projectiles that can be picked up and thrown.
• The Angels of Death sell dildos on their website, although the player cannot purchase them.
• Dildos are also found in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars in green dumpsters, though they do nothing.
