El Swanko Casa is a house in Vice Point, Vice City, south of the Shady Palms Hospital and northeast of the Vice Point Pay 'n' Spray. It is one of the safehouses in GTA Vice City and can be bought by Tommy Vercetti for $8,000. There is a swimming pool and garage, which can store one vehicle, on the property. A Ruger weapon pickup is on the lower roof on the west side of the house.
The building is present in GTA Vice City Stories, however, it cannot be bought and the garage is blocked by an invisible wall but an Infernus is always parked there.
The safehouse's name is a combination of Spanish and English for "The Swanky Home", with 'Swanky' meaning nice.
