Eugenics Incorporated is a bioengineering company founded by Dr. Steven Von Singer in Grand Theft Auto IV. It specializes in creating completely customized babies. Parents like to have a perfect baby. Eugenics lets them customize your children's chromosomes from the comfort of your armchair. The company has two commercials available to listen on the radio. Their motto, as shown in the credits of I'm Rich is "Morality is none of our business!"

Its main website is www.eugenicsincorporated.com.According to the website, the term Eugenics is derived from the Greek word "Eugenes", which means "making babies for money" (it actually means "well-born, noble"). Over the last 20 years, scientists have been working tirelessly to map out the 25,000 genes that make up the human genome for the Human Genome Project. Selective Prenatal Recombination of Optimal Genes (SPROG) was pioneered by Dr. Von Singer enabling customers to design their perfect baby by ticking a few boxes in a glossy catalog.
