However, the Player can actually enter the depot when spawning a motorbike halfway through the entrance, but once you get inside, there is nothing to do there as there is nothing in there other than an exploding barrel and Roman's office is inaccessible to the player even in Multiplayer. To get out, you can just go through the burned wooden blocks at the other end of the depot, this does not work when trying to get inside.

*In GTA: Chinatown Wars, Although the cab depot is rebuilt and in business again, it is less likely that Roman is in charge of it as by Roman's Sorrow, he, Mallorie and Niko have already left Broker and Dukes. As with the many other buildings in Liberty City, the depot is inaccessible.

*There are sometimes when calling Roman for a taxi won't work like after Roman's Sorrow or between the missions Russian Revolution and Roman's Sorrow or Uncle Vlad and Do You Have Protection?. This is because Roman is unavailable, either in hiding or recovering from his gun shot wound.

The Express Car Service, also known as Bellic Enterprises, is a taxi depot featured in Grand Theft Auto IV.

Description

The depot, located on the corner of Cisco Street and Iroquois Avenue in Broker, Liberty City, is owned by Roman Bellic. The company's phone number is 555-2222.

The building may first be seen in the mission The Cousins Bellic, when the player may drive past the depot as they leave East Hook and enter Hove Beach. The depot has a slightly worn-down exterior, and consists of a small office and a large garage. Taxi drivers can be seen repairing the vehicles in the garage, with other vehicles seen entering and leaving the depot. A Security Guard can often be seen outside.

The business, along with Roman and Niko's apartment, is later burnt down by the Russian Mafia on the orders of Dimitri Rascalov, which forces the cousins to escape to Bohan. Weazel News later reports that two men were seen setting fire to the building using Molotov Cocktails. Roman's insurers later pay out on the damage, believing the fire was caused by an electrical fault.

Roman later moves to Algonquin and opens a new taxi depot, although the location is not revealed, and later replaces the Esperantos with a new fleet of Cavalcades. After the player obtains a high enough friendship level with Roman, Niko Bellic can call Roman for a taxi.

By 2009, the setting of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the depot has been repaired, though it is unknown if Roman still owns the depot.

Events of GTA V

On Tavell Clinton's Lifeinvader page, he claims that Roman's Taxi Service was the "worst cab company ever.", which suggests that the company is still running in 2013. In the enhanced version, Niko's Lifeinvader page reveals that he is still working as a cab driver for the company.
