Mikhail Faustin's Mansion is a location in Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars located in Beachgate, Broker, Liberty City.

Description[]

The sumptuous residence is located on Shinnecock Avenue in Beachgate, Broker. It was home to Mikhail, Ilyena and Anna Faustin, until it got repossessed after Mikhail's death, which forced his wife and daughter to move to a one-bedroom apartment.

The house is three storeys high, excluding the basement. The ground floor is clad in bricks while the remainder of the building seems to be made of stucco. Though the house's interior can be seen during cutscenes, it is inaccessible by the player.
