Café Robina, or Robina's Cafe Cubano, is a café located in Little Havana, Vice City, that appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
Description[]
The café was opened circa 1964 by Cuban immigrant Alberto Robina[1] and is advertised as having "the best red beans and rice in Little Havana".
In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Alberto's son, Umberto, the leader of the Cubans street gang, uses the café as a location to plot attacks against the rival Haitians street gang with Tommy Vercetti's help.
During Umberto's missions, Alberto appears behind the café's counter. Outside of missions, he is replaced by the standard shopkeeper found throughout the city. The café can be robbed by the player. Pepe and Pablo are regular customers at the café.
The café also appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories but is inaccessible.
