The Dementia is a compact car used by the Loonies gang. It is based on the Isetta microcar, evidenced by the internal name and the PlayStation version's mission name Getta Isetta!, where the player must steal a Dementia Limousine, a stretched variant of the Dementia.
Performance[]

The Dementia's performance is more or less average. It's got excellent acceleration, but the top speed is pretty mediocre. The handling also leaves a lot to be desired, but due to it being one of the smallest cars in the game, it can easily squeeze into tiny alleyways. It is not armored, so the player can easily destroy it.
