Shodi is a clothing company featured in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.

No Shodi stores or clothes can be found in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, but the brand sponsors the third variant of the Hotring Racer. A female pedestrian also says "You've messed up my Shodi!" if the player bumps into her.
Many pedestrians around Liberty City can be seen wear clothes made by the company in Grand Thef t Auto V. On www.peepthatshit.com it is listed under Footwear, although jackets and jeans branded by the company can be seen. Several shopping bags are also made by Shodi.
A small "LS" can be seen on one of the company's logos; this may be a hint that the company is based in Los Santos. Strangely, however, there are no stores seen in both renditions of Los Santos.
In GTA V, bike couriers can be seen wearing sports clothing with Shodi labels on it.
Influence[]
The brand is most likely a parody of Tommy Hilfiger. The logo also resembles that of the brand.
