The Tinkle Building, also known as 4 Integrity Way, is an office building in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online located in Pillbox Hill, Downtown Los Santos.

Located at the intersection of Integrity Way and Alta Street in Pillbox Hill, it is the head office of the cell phone service, Tinkle, as well as a commercial office and apartment building. It has a tower on the top with antenna horns.
It is based on the AT&T Madison Complex Tandem Office, a 17-story building in Los Angeles.
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
In Grand Theft Auto Online, the player can buy Apartment 30 and Apartment 35 through Dynasty 8's website, dynasty8realestate.com. Apartment 28 was later included as part of the High Life Update, with an updated interior.
Apt 30 faces north with the west viewing the Arcadius Business Center, Apt 35 faces north with the east viewing the FIB and IAA buildings and Apt 28 only facing north.
