Rodislav Bulgarin was a character with mysterious appearences. He appears in Russian Revolution and in Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend. Before the mission Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend, he is listed as deceased on the LCPD database. What the hell happened to him?

Well, he's listed as Deceased on the LCPD database throughout the entire game so it is possible that the police THINK he is dead. I have a feeling Bulgarin will turn up in the second DLC, since it is most likely that Luis Fernando Lopez will be the protagonist. --Aussiebushmatt 21:43, 15 March 2009 (UTC0

Ummm Maybe he's out to get Niko Bellic still and will appear in another GTA probably in a DLC or a totally new game but i have a gut feeling hes taking a bullet one way or another.--Roman bellic 01:16, 16 March 2009 (UTC) Roman Bellic

The police database lists Jon Gravelli as deceased throughout the game, just another mistake by R*. It's been rumored that Ray took a bullet from Dimitri, but who knows. That Thing There 01:18, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

There is alot of evidence that Ray was killed by Dimitri. When Dimitri gets a new partner (Jimmy Pegorino), he kills him, so why not Ray? However, he probably will turn up somewhere. If the second DLC is like the first and runs alongside the main story then it won't be then because it has to be after the main story (correct me if I'm wrong about TLAD, I own a PS3), so I think next game. Though it's not imposible that he will be in the next DLC, just not to kill Niko (unless it's part of something that already happened in the main game)! Are you talking about Ray Boccino? because he's killed by Niko.--Roman bellic 00:08, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

I read somewhere that Ray can be short for Rodislav. BTW, I don't think that anyone being listed deceased the whole game is a mistake by R*, it's a mistake by the LCPD! Biggest GTA Fan EverTalk 04:45, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

My theory is that he's the antagonist of the next DLC. I believe LF Lopez is the next protagonist, and Bulgarin mentions him during Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend as stealing 'his' diamonds. Clearly Luis and Bulgarin have a history, and maybe Luis caps him at the end of the next DLC. KlebitzFan

I believe he was executed by Luis.I even have the execution planned out,Bulgarin keeps cursing Luis out and when he is ready,Luis will start to walk away from Rodislav and then turn and shoot him clean in the head.-User:BloodyGTA

I think that we will find out in the second DLC(if its after the main story and TLAD!) that bulgarin mad that he keeps failing at killing niko thinks that his army is useless and decides to kill niko his self. he drives around looking for niko and finds him, they have a breif shootout and when the dust clears niko walks away with bulgarin's slightly dismemberd body on the ground--Coop804 17:43, 12 May 2009 (UTC)

Well, I've completed the DLC The Ballad Of Gay Tony, and everyone who has knows that you start doing work for bulgarin towards the late-middle of the storyline, and he becomes the main antagonist towards the end. In the final mission, Departure Time, you have to kill bulgarin. So now we finally know the mystery of bulgarin's death!!
