Frank Junior is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series mentioned on the Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories website. Frank's father e-mails the Liberty Tree newspaper talking about Vivisection, saying how Frank Junior was blinded by his brother Jeremy. They had apparently been playing Vivisection when the incident happened and, despite this, Frank's father appears to still support the product.
