William Gary Busey (born June 29, 1944 in Goose Creek, Texas) is an Academy Award-nominated American film and stage actor. He has appeared in a number of films, including The Buddy Holly Story, Big Wednesday, Lethal Weapon, Point Break and Under Siege. He provided the voice of Phil Cassidy in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories
