Gary Busey (born June 29, 1944 in Goose Creek, Texas) is an Academy Award-nominated American, actor, voice actor, film and stage actor who has appeared in a number of films, including The Buddy Holly Story, Big Wednesday, Lethal Weapon, Point Break and Under Siege. He provided the voice of Phil Cassidy in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. He is the part of the main cast of The Smoking Gun Presents: World's Dumbest along with Chelsea Peretti. He appeared in TV shows such as Two and a Half Men, Dan August, Mr. Box Office, The Simpsons, Walker, Texas Ranger, Law & Order, Entourage, American Dad!, Scrubs, King of the Hill, Kung Fu and Tom Goes to the Mayor.
