It is available for use in The Ballad of Gay Tony, though not in Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost and Damned and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.
A Caddy can be found on the end of the range (only in multiplayer) and a Blade in the docks next to it, in TBOGT.
