Grand Theft Auto: Great Britain

Grand Theft Auto: Great Britain, or GTAGB, is an unofficial Total Conversion modification for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, originally scheduled for release in April 2007. The modification was being created by a small team lead by Suction Testicle Man (Tom Pitcher).

In the modification, the map, cars, storyline, characters, setting and some features have been changed. There will be approximately 200 new cars, and "most" of STM's GTA Vice City vehicles will be in GTAGB. Vehicles will also left hand drive, as is the norm in Great Britain.

The game will be set in 2008, and, like GTA San Andreas, consists of three cities: London, Birmingham and Leeds. Despite this being called Great Britain, the cities picked are all within England. The cities will imitate their real-life counterparts. In between the cities, there will be simple barriers in place where the land doesn't continue, with LODS to give the effect of a continuing map surface.

There will be a version of the London Eye, although whether it is accessible or not is yet to be confirmed.

GTAGB was originally planned for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, after STM left the GTA London mod team, but when Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was released, the scale and extra features prompted the move.
