Green Sabre is a car that is featured in gta SA. It cant't be stlolen though it does apear in The Introduction and The Green Sabre. In The Introduction it seen as a car driven by Ballas in a drive-by on Beverly Johnson. In the mission The Green Sabre it is seen in a cutscene were you find CRASH and Somke and Ryder pulling it out.
