Guantanamo Avenue is a street in southern Bohan. It's a short street, starting along Rocket Street, S&M Auto Sales can be found on the junction of these two streets, heads north, going under the Windmill St station, and then it stops along Beaumont Avenue. It then becomes Jackhammer St. S&M Auto Sales is where you drop off Stevie's stolen cars, the Banshee, for Brucie's Exotic Exports, is found along Guantanamo Avenue, not far from S&M Auto Sales, and Guantanamo Avenue and Windmill St station are the settings for Faustin's Final Destination, where you have to kill Lenny Petrovic.
