- Dwayne Forge is jailed on crack distribution charges.
- Niko's cousin Roman emigrates to the USA were he settles in Liberty City and becomes a cab driver.
1997
- The McReary family settles in Liberty City.
1998
- Niko Bellic and his army unit is betrayed in a village, and all except Florian Cravic, Niko and Darko Brevic are captured. Niko begins his search to find who betrayed his army group.
2008
Early-Late Autumn:The events of GTA IV take place
