Hans Nemesis is the pseudonym of an unnamed character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as the secondary antagonist in Grand Theft Auto: London 1969 and a minor unseen antagonist in Grand Theft Auto: London 1961.

Background

Hans Nemesis is the codeword for the leader of a Austrian terrorist cell which was operating in London, United Kingdom, during the 1960s. Events of Grand Theft Auto: London 1961

In 1961, after the GTA London Protagonist steals agent Endeavour Chambers' Jug Swinger, the government takes the protagonist as Chambers and they are tasked with foiling Hans Nemesis' plan to replace regular potatoes with explosive ones. Afterwards, they destroy Nemesis' safehouse with the help of Grandpa, and Nemesis subsequently flees the country.
