Harborside Plaza 10 in Alderney City, Alderney.

Harborside Plaza 10 is an unnamed skyscraper located on Rand Ave, between the Exchange Place Center and International Online Unlimited in Alderney City, Alderney. Since it is not officially given any name in-game, it is called by the name of its real-life counterpart. According to the TV Show I'm Rich, the building is owned by Tony McTony. The building is based on the Harborside Plaza 10 located in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Trivia

If you use a cheat code and spawn a sports car or motorcycle, you can drive off the roof, over the West River and land on Algonquin. This is not an official stunt jump.
