Hassan Johnson (born November 19, 1976 in Staten Island, New York) is an American actor, producer and model who appeared in TV shows such as Dark Blue, NYPD Blue, Law & Order, Person of Interest, New York Undercover, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Cold Case and Entourage. He was in the HBO series The Wire, playing as Wee-Bey, a drug enforcer. He is known for voicing the character of Harold Joseph (Stretch) in Grand Theft Auto V.
