Herbie

From Grand Theft Wiki

Herbie is the astral goat of The Truth, a hippie character who is known for taking various drugs. Due to this, Herbie is likely drug induced, and not real. The Truth claims that he travels around on Herbie and that he has not driven in fifteen years, despite owning a Camper, which he calls the Mothership.
