Description
It is first a flophouse where Donald Love resides for a while after spending his entire wealth in a campaign for mayor of Liberty City but lost to Miles O'Donovan. It is here where Toni Cipriani receives Donald Love's missions in order to regain his wealth. By 2001 the building is now a Noodle Punk Factory.
