Hyman Condo

The Hyman Condo is a condo in Downtown, Vice City. This condo is located near Hyman Memorial Stadium, hence the name. The driveway contains a police bribe, a Molotov Cocktail spawn at the restaurant to the east of the safe house, and a dead end alleyway to the south contains a hidden package pickup. The exit to the east is partially blocked off with fold-up barricades, however these can be destroyed by driving through them at high speed. There is a helipad on the roof of the building where a Maverick helicopter sometimes spawns.

Hyman Condo can be purchased for $14,000, making the place a save point and activating three garages. The large garage can store up to four vehicles and the two smaller ones can store up to two vehicles each. Storing too many vehicles will cause some stored vehicles to disappear. The roof has a change of clothes to Tommy's Street outfit. Hidden package weapons and items rewards will spawn on the roof.

Glitch

A glitch specific to the original PS2 version involves hidden package rewards. If the player collects and is rewarded a weapon pickup before buying Hyman Condo, the weapon pickup will not appear. Only after the condo is bought will the weapon pickups appear.
