Jarlath Conroy (born September 30, 1944 in in Galway, Ireland) is an Irish voice actor, film actor and television actor who has appeared in three TV shows such as Law & Order: Criminal Intent, NYPD Blue and Law & Order. He provided the voice of Aiden O'Malley in Grand Theft Auto IV.
