Joe Lo Truglio
Joe Lo Truglio (born December 2, 1970 in Ozone Park, Queens, New York) is an American voice actor, writer, comedian and actor who voiced Vincenzo Cilli in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and the pedestrian in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He alos appeared in TV shows such as Reno 911, Childrens Hospital, Law & Order, Glenn Martin DDS, NTSF:SD:SUV, Bob's Burgers, Reno 911!: Miami, Robot Chicken, Drunk History, American Dad!, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
